I Hope that's exactly what Jim Turley is doing.  Buying a company "already" listed on the NAZ.

Then all we have to do is file a form for a Name change and we are PTSC listed on the Nasdaq with "real" analysis and Wall St. looking at our fundamentals. 

Then it's Bye Bye to the OK Corral of the OTC.BB.

Not saying that there isn't manipulation on all stock exchanges but I'd much rather be on the Naz where Institutions can buy us too.
