The indirect evidence in the press release is that all parties are happy with the outcome. How would TPL be satisfied without a reasonable settlement? The NDA agreement is probably what the J's held out for. No one will know for sure until the 10 Q is released. However, many more experienced posters on the board feel this was a positive move.

Yes our share price is hurting. However, with this current settlement of unknown details, it will be interesting how other infringing companies read into this situation. If we have enough signings and bring in substantial revenue, that would put us in a good/reasonable position to launch from when the details are revealled.

I was pleased with today's signing. Hopefully more signings would lead to a stronger/positive outcome from the USPTO. I also appreciate TPl's stronger wording about licensing to avoid a disruption in companies supply chains. I was also glad to not find anything about early mover discounts.
