I opened a Word file that was attached to an e-mail. I edited the file and then hit save. I closed the file as I was going to send it back to the e-mail sender. Now I can't find the file. I never saved it from the e-mail save option, but I thought by hitting save before closing it, it would be saved under my Documents folder. I thought someone had posted here a long time ago that you could pull up the file by hitting control Q or something like that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I put a lot of time into editing the file.
