I miss much of the individual expert opinions we have had on the board. Experts tend be correct when forming an opinion related to their area of expertise. To ague a point with a professional is fruitless. To ask an opinion of a professional be gained by civil conversation. I tend to form opinions by simplifying the equation or trying to relate to similar situations. For an example to say, “We won in Texas”. To equate the legal situation into simpler terms, TPL and the J’s been in a fight. TPL did not beat the J’s. Both parties agreed to stop fighting and the J’s had to pay the emergency room bill for TPL’s broken nose. Sort of like many people on this board should do. Legally we are out of the woods with this case and we will undoubtedly have more in our future. I would like to look forward to reading some expert legal opinions. I also noticed a new engineer on the board and I know there are a couple more still reading here. We have an off-shoot of our court case, the 584 and ARM. If there are any experts in the field that would like to take a stab at deciphering the EXPRET testimony of the case involving the 584 so some of us not in the field can understand, I for one would enjoy hearing what you have to saybased on your beliefs. BTW merry christmas and happy holidays to all !!!
