How can PTSC replace ARM? The Js have a contractual relationship with ARM, we will probably go after ARM when the '584 is cleared and ARM will purchase a license (or fight it out in court). The Js are paying ARM to use their IP, if they stop paying ARM, ARM would file suit against them for patent infringement. So we are back to legalities. Another question how can ARM license products for which they hold no rites? If patriot is truly in control of the 584, in my feeble layman’s opinion the J’s would intern sue ARM for their monies paid for licenses pertaining to Moore’s patents? I guess this really is a litigators’ dream. The attorneys never loose in these kinds of deals.
