We had the Markman Victory and gap in signings(My guess was the offers changed..)... the street & us investors will use this as a sign of what we got from the J 2.5.... also if we get any reocurring revenue...which some think will not occur... but I disagree... The reason is simple for TPL they needed up frint cash to fund thier operations..(they have used the fund to grow a business).... Once they have those funds they will want payments this will lower thier tax exposure... We have some people who here one statmenet and they run with it... Just like JW will not go past the 30 day stay.... well he did and we will start to see payments,,,,
