I don't think we were prepared at the time to entertain ARM in the 336 suit. We never filed suit against them for the 584 which they were infringing. It takes a great deal of time to prepare a case against a defendent, reverse engineering products and so forth. I believe, please correct me if I am wrong. in one of their motions they wanted to settle the issue with the 336 and 148 along with the 584 and we declined at the time.
