Don' think we'll see an 8K that addressses anything we'd be interested in regarding the J's confidential agreeement. PTSC hasn't put out an 8K on any of the other signings so IMO they're not forced to this time either. And even if they did, with the confidentiality of the agreement and MOU we wouldn't see any figures in there anyway.

Also, the buyback of shares was my concern also. Wrote to Hawk on the.....19th....still not one peep back from them. Great crew these Hawk guys...NOT.  Wouldn't want to hang form my thumbs waiting for a simple answer of yes or no from them.

IMO though, any pre-announced share buyback as long as its already in place with a specified buyback amount and period of time for the buybacks that are scheduled....can continue. Usually a company hands over the buyback to their appointed broker with a scheduled amount fo money and shares to repurchase for a specified period of time. The company itself, once that's handed over tot their broker then backs off and usually lets the broker follow the agreed upon amount and time schedule; keeps the company out of the fray with no allegations of manipulation that way.

Still though a simple answer of yes or no from Hawk, since the 19th, would suffice. these guys need to be replaced IMO.
