Auto sector Bargaining Unit (Union) advance knowledge of a pending licensing agreement? Virtually impossible, IMO. Such decisions (to license) are Management decisions. Now ask yourself, how often does auto industry management share any corporate decisions with Labor before the rest of the world knows? There is a distinct separation of Management and Labor, especially regarding corporate governance.
