Here I'm compelled to remind of two things relating to ARM.

First, it isn't in our best interest to go after ARM until AFTER we've nailed most of their customers.  Going after ARM first can/will kill any chance of nailing their customers.  ARM should be near the bottom of the list of targets.

Second, someone did a bunch of research into ARM patent applications and cited "prior art" (apologies for not recalling who - please step forward!).  It was found that many/most cited the '148 and '336 as foundations for their "inventions".  Kinda hard to "run away" from that!  So it isn't just the '584, but also the '148 and '336 that they have to worry about.

Why didn't ARM step forward to defend the Js in TX on those other two patents?  IMO, because they couldn't - no defense.  They stepped up on the one patent where they thought they had a chance, IMO.  Remember, they weren't sued, but voluntarily took on the '584 - Claim 29.

JMHOs, and I KNOW nuttin'!

Now off to visits with family and friends!
