In his recent book 'The Age of Turbulence' on page 498 states 'Arguably the single most important economic decision our lawmakers and courts will face in the next 25 years is to clarify the rules of intellectual property'.
You can be sure that the US Government and Courts are not going to allow foreign companies to capitalize on US Intellectual property without paying for it. Intellectual property is already a major part of the financial assets of US Companies.
My opinion is that there isn't any way the US Patent office or US Court system is going to turn their backs on Patriot's claims.
