a later date. Another filing will be made when they are actually offered. Sounds to me like some holders of PTSC shares are getting ready to take advantage of coming events. I view it as a positive and especially Mr. Pohl retaining the largest portion of his holdings. As always, opposite opinions solicited as this is simply my opinion.
