Thanks for the quick response but who pays our end?  Do we split with tpl?  It's been a long time since reading the tpl/ptsc settlement docs., and I seem to remember saying to myself what a sweet deal for tpl. 

 You folks amaze me at how you keep all the facts and figures straight.  I can't remember what I ate last night. lol  I know I appreciate all the DD you all do, as do all the other longs.
