decided to keep some of his shares. In the April filing he was listed as having a holding of 2,775,000 shares. He registered to sell 1,500,000 which would have left him with 1,275,000. This filing shows Mr. Pohl with 2,657,846 shares. He is now registering to sell 656,250 shares which would leave him with a holding of 2,001,596. I guess the question I have, if I am analyzing the numbers correctly, is what has caused Mr. Pohl to reduce the number of shares he is registering to sell. I would appreciate the more knowledgeable in such matters voicing their opinions. Then again, I may be completely out in the woods on this one...
