Let me ask a couple basic questions. One, why would anyone believe that the agreed settlement with the J3 was in our favor??.. Two, who in the investment community other than those of us that play bulletin board securities would invest in a company that it’s only assets are totally control by a nonreporting private company/ (TPL).

1) Are you suggesting that TPL/PTSC paid the Defendants to settle the litigation, else it was in OUR favor.

2) Are you further suggesting that TPL control the assets(cash on hand, shares in treasury, and Holocom)of PTSC?

3) Just how much sherry was in the trifle?
