Of course, we can't all be Ronald Reagan , Republicans or Tip O'Neill Democrats but I like the resonance of your message.

Nevertheless, many have thought exactly as you have thought for quite some time. We were thrown a curve ball that unfortunately, hit us in the head. We seem to be able to take first base but we were expecting to hit an out of the park home run. The problem is every time we step to the plate the last 2 years, the same thing happens.

Now, we are ready to attack the pitcher with our baseball bat. I guess the best thing I can do is sit on the bench and watch somebody else get hit in the head.....and wait for another month or 2 for something real to happen.
