You said, "Why not wait 3 months for the 10Q before you purchase. Now we supposedly have a large settlement, why would TPL want to keep that a secret if it were true."

Why? Because, as has been pointed out several times, TPL is negotiating with other companies and does not want them knowing what amounts are acceptable to TPL. If I tell you I rented my XX for $5.00 and you were willing to pay $10.00 that would be pretty dumb on my part. If I let the person who rented my XX for $5.00 tell everyone their rental price I think it would be harder for me to rent something out for more than $5.00. I bet others would try to get me to rent it for less. Of course I believe I could get much more than $10.00 if I were renting 3Xs.
