From you're post:
What they do tell us is minimal, contrary to most's expectations and to make matters worse they announce (paraphrasing) that insiders can't sell prior to April. Hmm, why not use the phrase "transact" or "buy" (instead of 'sell'), especially given the recent sell-off. Who would sell when the stock is down...unless it was going lower. One could easliy argue this statement was the company's attempt at (anticipated) shareholder lawsuit damage control. Why? Perhaps things did not transpire as we would have liked them to. We all know the legal system doesn't always work out as we expect....
From JT's note to shareholders on 12/18/07:
"the company's directors, officers, employees and consultants who have knowledge of the terms of settlement are restricted from trading in PTSC shares until after the company's quarterly financial reports are publicly filed next April"
So, trading is the operative word........not selling. Hope this helps....because there is a Big difference.
