As I recall we submitted a letter or questions/issues at the SHM and it seems nothing came of it.

Don't want to dampen anyone's ideas but expecting a letter to impact the BOD or JT's behavior would have the same impact as exchanging ideas on this forum. We will feel better but nothing will change.
