It is my understanding that there already exists a "shareholder representative" in biajj and I am not aware of any change to that situation.

I therefore humbly suggest that any issues that need raising should be addressed to: biajj, in the message title, and leave it for him to liaise with the BOD. Any response could be included in Turley's letter to shareholders.

This suggestion does not preclude the possibility that biajj has already noted shareholder concerns and is working on them as we type.
