I literally am looking at it as I type this.  What a Place.

There is another one a little higher up near Celine Dion's place that is also going for 14 million.  Not right on the water but Amazing.

It's 20 Thousand Sq. Ft.  I told my husband if and when PTSC goes to $10 or more...........I want that house!!!  lol

It has a theater that seats 20 and a stage!  I asked the builder what some of the rooms were for and he said:

"Anything you want"   lol
