Sorry, but billwilke is right. All these "great" ideas I'm seeing here are based on speculation.......and negative speculation at that.
Your guesses at who is invested, how much they have invested, what they expect to gain, etc. are no more than something you imagine. Your idea of "solving" what you behold as a problem is based on a notion of yours, nothing more.
The folks who have an agenda in regard to changing management and giving us an investment banker as a CEO are becoming more and more obvious with their obsession. I'd love to know who this guy is that is so important to them that they would resort to some of the things suggested......including SEC intervention. An SEC investigation was described in the near distant past by a poster here and it is a very slow process. It could hold the company back for one to two years. Now there's a happy thought. It makes me feel like someone has their hand in my pocket and frankly, I'd like to give them a swift kick.
We no more got the news of the settlement, which everyone was celebrating, than the word came down from "on high" that we had not won. Imagine that if you will. After two years in litigation, hours and hours of legal work and we supposedly "gave away the farm" and all this because of Non Disclosure Agreement, precluding the companies from making the details public. I'll bet my sweet bippy that if the settlement had favored the J's, theyd have been shouting it from the rooftops.
How in the world anyone that can think would get caught up in such illogical emotional garbage is beyond me. I've seen many many cases in which NDA's were involved. It is not at all uncommon and why anyone is bent over this escapes me. Yes, we all wanted to know about the money, but I, for one am perfectly willing to wait, expecially in light of the recent signings. I'm not much for predictions, but I'm betting that in the very near future we will see more and more.
I've been waiting 4 years for a healthy price hike. Believe me when I say that I can wait another 4 months. Those who are hoping to create chaos with lawsuits, SEC investigations, etc. are trying to steal my money. In my opinion, they have personal issues and care little for the company or other shareholders. Their unwillingness to take a little more time indicates that they want to get something going before there is a chance for success. Just think........success for Jim Turley would spoil things for their scheme.
