I'm sorry, but with all due respects, it would be inappropriate to start playing the name the CEO game now when I've previously stated I'm willing to see how things progress with the current situation til April. If things remain the same, then we'll cross that bridge at that point in time. Otherwise, I'm bound by an NDA and when the situation permits, I'll be sure to provide everyone an update on the situation in one of my future postings.

 Interesting words from a Turley letter back in September,

 Regarding our cash, I met recently with the board of directors and we decided not to pay out a dividend this period. We’ll revisit this issue regularly but for now I think we can put that cash to much better use in growing the company, as I hope to show you later this year.

I think it's about as late in the year as you can get.
