Message: Having Realistic Expectations: tutor needed

You've hit the nail on the head in this chicken vs. egg experiment. New investors= steady improving financials= new investors, etc. The problem is in this passive partner of a joint venture, there isn't an ability to project anything with the uncertainity and/or inconsistancy of signings and the silence of NDA's. This is all no news to anyone here. While we're stuck in this void, waiting for any sign of a transition to reoccuring revenues, we ALL need to come up with ideas and solutions to forward to mgmt. in regards to projecting visibility in our current state of affairs. Mr Turley needs to get back on the horn with his shareholders to first remove any stigma of being a seaquestered puppet. He should be providing visibility without violating NDA's and providing an update on the reoccuring revenue end of the business. All we've discovered is our board members becoming board members at other companies. If the structure of the business hasn't changed by the time April rolls around (or without any sign of progress from here til April), I would say it's at least time for a new CEO if not some BOD seats. Communication and action is the only way to get the ball rolling to make this a truly viable public company, and if we're not going to get it, then I believe there needs to be some changes IMO.

Regards
