This has probably already been hypothosized, but I'd bet, even when the Js settlement is noted in the future Q/Ks, the amount mentioned will be only part payments.. over who knows how many Qs.. Something to the effect that "$10" or "$15 Million" (or whatever) has been realized from the Texas litigation this Q.. so we may never actually know the total dollar amount... at least probably until it is paid in full... Not saying this is how it will go down... just one possibility, but one where they can really burry the dollars the Js paid. Perhaps getting this behind us can allow them to really concentrate on the USPTO.. pass that then perhaps actually begin to promote what TPL/PTSC/TTC are doing here!
