Some of the following points are nearly facts, but because I can't proof it with documents (only with common sense), I name it "speculation":

- There is good reason to believe, that PTSC insiders are prohibited from trading PTSC shares because of a GOOD result in the J3-settlements

- Swartz had 80mio shares (in two entities Swartz Private Equity and Lincoln Ventures) in the beginning of 2007, reduced his ownership to about 33/34mio shares (according to the last Proxy) and is still continueing to reduce his ownership due to an agreement (we DON'T KNOW), preparing PTSC for a change to a bigger exchange (NASDAQ). I went through all the filings back to 1995 to check the OS, the warrants, the appearance of Swartz, Johnson and Lincoln - anyone remember he lended PATRIOT 30mio$ in 2000/2001? Swartz still gave money to Patriot, when the outlook was not dark, but black! Of course he got his money back, but anyway he BELIEVED in this company and its assets, while Patriot was making losses quarter by quarter.

- M&A activity is in full action, accelerating/focussing since November 07, as the amount of money was recognizeable for PTSC since then - and I see it as a good sign, we didn't get to know anything about this, because otherwise it would be a sign of unprofessional behaviour by Turley & Co. (SUCESSFULL M&A has to be a SECRET business!)

- The number of new licensees is heavily increasing 

- The 148 and 336 patents will receive the FULL power from the USPTO

- The 548 patent will succeed (ok, this is 50% conviction, 25% speculation and 25% hope)

- Patriot is heading for a bigger exchange, when the financial numbers of 2007/2008 are released. They will show growing revenues and profits for three years in a row then - a great fundament for the start on NASDAQ

- The "umbrella" will be built up piece by piece to give NASDAQ investors confidence in the company's growth for the next years - of course supported by an ongoing revenue stream from the patents

- One of the businesses Patriot is developing will be a joint venture with one of the J5 (think about Sony...) or some kind of "interesting" relationship

If you find grammar, spelling mistakes, you can take them, english is not my native language. If you have additional FACTS or SPECULATIONS to add (I certainly forgot some), I appreciate it. 

But if you continue to complain about the PTSC management and its alleged lack of speed or professionalism or whatever - take a breath, step back and look at the big picture:

It's only two weeks away, that Patriot reached the biggest milestone (or second biggest after merging the patents with TPL)  in history. As I often said:

The settlement in Texas is NOT the superbowl win, it's the start to build a team to win the superbowl year after year! And I'm convinced our team has already started.
