Ron, I agree with your analysis. I may add that IMHO, that if the parties are in mediation this could be a good sign that a pre trial deal is in the works.

That said, I reiterate that I think that a pre-trial deal is unlikely. Of course, I have been wrong before and will be again (just, hopefully not about PTSC).
