Right at this point I feel one of issues that should be settled is one concerning the 8K release. Why was it not filed as a material event? It either is, or is not a material event. The settlement was either run of the mill, or significant. So far the answer would be run of the mill. I for one plan on holding the company accountable for misleading SEC filings.
