Agreed to a point. Swartz's previous selling wouldn't necessarily be characterized as "wanting out". If that's truly their desire/plan, then PTSC could make an agreement, even if it takes place at a premium and even if at graduated price level, (for example 25% today at avg price of last 5 days, 25% in 2 mos at avg price of 5 days prior to execution date but minimum of 80 cents, 25% in 4 mos at same but min of $1.20, etc, etc.) It's actually a positive PR opportunity to make and announce such an agreement. Obviously, that's provided PTSC would be in a position to do so, ie, cash on hand to do both M&A and this, positive settlement with J's that will lead to higher share price eventually, etc.
