perhpas agora needs to have teh same rule as the NFL

if you ask for a review and lose then you are penalized a timeout.

Maybe if a reported post is not found in violation then the reporter gets a

a warning, After 3 warnings the informer get a demotion for 30 days and loses

reporting rights.
