Tomb - What does PTSC have to offer any of the defendents?  We have no products other than the MMP.  Remember how we got shafted in the Sony deal?  We could have easily gotten the same rotten type of deal here... we'll have to wait until April to find out though.  What bothers me is that PTSC pays 50% of the attorney's fees, yet TPL does all the negotiating.   I'm wondering if PTSC has any input into the negotiations, or are we simply a bystander?   After getting burned with Sony many are worried we'll get shafted again.  We shall see.
