When I read about other companies with "patent litigation" problems I KNOW right away that I would not invest in either co. at this time. It has nothing to do with being invested in PTSC as I have been here long before the patents were questioned. It is just that too much DD needs to be done and things could still be risky. I say all of this to point out that I am sure that is one of the reasons we do not have more new investors getting on board at this time. This is also one of the reasons that makes this stock so volatile. All a flipper has to do is go to anyone of the chat boards and post a seed of doubt--even the longs will water and fertalize that seed (without really meaning too) and one or two days later, we have a full blown weed.  GL, ads
