I agree with you. I thought so likewise, that any buyback could continue especially if the buyback was pre-arranged with the company's brokers to buy on a scheduled basis ..be it either daily or weekly or monthly. As long as the schdule of the buyback was turned over to the brokers and out of the company's hands for any accusation of stock manipulation or trading on private infromation.

The answer from Hawk was "poor" at best...it's yes or no...not .." I believe" one way or the other. And even that answer took 8/9 days to get back from them.
