I have never said that the Js did not sign a license agreement because I personally don't know whether they did or not. I was merely pointing out the the language (specific words) used was different from other PRs relating to the first 29 licensees. Also, the language (words) used by TPL, Alliance and Patriot are the same from what I read.

So, if there was some other press release on the internet that specifically said the Js signed a license agreement for 7 patents, I didn't see it in the PRs from TPL, Alliance and PTSC.
