IMO, it doesn't look like the arguments for both other patents aginst the 148'er arn't airtight to reject 4 claims. However, it's a fact and TPL/PTSC need agian time to re-work the 148'er.

We all thougth that after a TX-solution everything runs easily and the MMP will be a "fast-selling-intem". I am sure it will in the near future. However, before that we need also a final solution for all reex. that have been started. Once more, that takes time.....................an unfortunately we have to be still patient.

I hope to see new MMP-licenses to stabilize the share price to a adequate level.
