The thinking is/was the last mentioned events should have put this stock over $1.00, the financials of the quarter ending 11/30 should maintain the value over a dollar and keep it there for the required 30 days to maintain placement on a major exchange.

I think you'll find that it's $5.00 for NASDAQ
