As an employee of The TPL Group, I am bound by the a confidentiality
agreement that restricts further comments on the terms of the agreement
beyond the press release statements.

The most recent press release by Alliacense disclosing the Verigy
license noted that "over 30 global companies ... have purchased MMP
Portfolio licenses." That there are "over 30 global companies" that
"have purchased MMP Portfolio licenses" is in itself as much as I can
disclose on the matter.

I'm so done with this subject, you either can choose to "see" or not.

We all want the same thing, to see PTSC's SP go a lot higher and I believe it will in 2008.

This is not about who is right and who is wrong.  It's about all of us making a lot of money on this investment over the next year or so.
