I believe we need another lawsuit, a big name to go after. The NDA /business agreement done nothing for the masses and most importantly IMO , it did nothing for the 300 + infringer's to motivate them to go ahead and settle. I believe we should keep at least one big suit going until we get a large settlement number announced or some other in your face conformation to boost the 300+ to run to the bank and make a withdraw.
