There are other possibilities why the SP is low.
If you (invest-cash) are correct that S&L selling is causing the low SP, and we assume that S&L has very diligent, knowledgeable, and historically successful financial staff doing the advising – then what are we to conclude?
2nd possibility: We can assume that the S&L selling is driven by a bunch of incompetents, and we are smarter, more logical, and have more facts.
3rd possibility: I suggest it’s not (primarily) S&L selling that is holding the SP down (to me, if true this would be a very bad sign). IMO it’s people like us; burned out, maybe some financial stress, maybe spouse seeing things differently(perhaps more logically) and wanting to sell. Very high expectations re settlement news (news was a flop, settlement was likely good) also contributes to low SP. And, IMO, the penny-stock restrictions many institutions have which prevents them from buying bunches of PTSC also contributes to our current low SP.
