Deb, again i agree.......I just believe that news leaks no matter what NDA'S are signed......

Simple logic.......If we signed a deal with the J's and monies were withheld pending a PTO decision word would get out.......I am paranoid and there is a reason......Especially when people have the upper hand they like to sing.....IMO this deal was finalized / put to bed.....

If we signed this type of deal TPL/PTSC would be the butt of jokes in the industry and being paranoid i believe our position /settlement/ would be wispered about...........The J'S / big boys tried to bully us and it did not work....Larry
