I am new as a poster, but have been reading for months. I believe this is an appealable issue, though whether the issue is an abuse of discretion (which is tough to overcome), or some other standard (improper application of the law), I am unsure. Ronran, do you know? I have no doubt that this will be appealed, so B&O, which is a highly capable trial firm, may not be out by a long shot.
