Turley was a board member at that time and was engaged in a full time business of his own .......not to mention that he was a member of other boards. Even though PTSC professed that his expertise would be extremely helpful in the development and growth of the company, he was not yet in charge.

The failure of the company to progress belonged to David Pohl, not Jim Turley. No solid plan of action was begun until after Jim Turley was appointed CEO. Up until that time, there was no more than a lot of talk.......and no action.
