I'm not a basher as most all know, but I find my self responding to your post in sort of that tone. IMO do not have or guns loaded at this time. The NDA will prohibit them form telling any of those other 400 companies any details about the deal struck. Further, you state that PTSC was declared the winner because we have not heard of the Js saying such for themselves....the PR stated all parties were happy with the settlement, not just us.....as in everyone won to a degree.

As for the PPS , I've made a swag at what extreme dreams could be myself. That is if the things happen in just the right way, well IMO one of the thing to happen would have been a public outburst of a large settlement.  That would have gotten others interested in buying, everyone could calculate the earnings per share, and the 400 would have reason to run to the bank and settle.

IMO, unless we sue another big name until we get the big dollar PR, we will have to go on the quarterly earnings reports and this baby will take a whole lot longer to pan out. 

Also a M/A could be a kiss of death as well , (time wise) for if we buy into a money pit  then it would take years to post the profit needed to make it to a mid cap stock that a $10 pps would warrant (3.8 billion market cap.)

2 to 3 dollars a day, NO WAY ........with very huge public numbers and no other drag on the company, well maybe for a day or two.

I need the results now myself, some here my be in need where time it short for their needs, but that can't be helped.

IMO, the best plan of action would be to file another big suit , this time against big American  names.
