IMO the MMP would not be included in any merger because the surviving entity would have to be PTSC, not some other company.  Thus, unless we acquire someone, or merge with Alliacense/Intellasys thus uniting the MMP,  I don't see how a merger will benefit the company we merge with, unless they change their name to PTSC.   If they did not, then the MMP could not be part of the deal, otherwise we would lose our rights to the portfolio.  If there is some other arrangement that is possible I would love to hear of it.
