BaNosser - I agree with everything you've stated and I hope to God you're correct about what we should expect to see in the financials.  However,  we typically don't see what we expect  in the quarterly financials - they're usally lower than what we anticipate.  TPL may have asked for $22 Million but that doesn't mean that's what they'll get even if they did asked 1 year ago.  To be fair to TPL, we really don't know what is involved with negotiating a licnese fee and we don't konw the details and all of the rational for TPL's overall plan of action.  Needless to say, this is a very "non-transparent" company so we should "expect the unexpected".  

 I enjoy reading your posts - you come across as being very balanced and telling it like it is.  I'd hate to see you get extremely disappointed with the numbers on Wednesday and move on.
