Some other factor to consider... I believe it will be 22million... with 400 companies I believe they need many to move.... 1 a week is 52 a year 7 years left in 2015 the patent expires...7 * 52-364... IMHO they will allow smaller & mid size companies to jump aboard ... after that theywill move on larger and companies who did not comply.... although if you remember Lecky did say you will pay more if you wait... so who knows..... but the numbers here and time... also remember all companies who wait may fall to the 3 time damages... as I said before we won/setteled with J5... this is just the start... time moves sssllllooooowwwwwwww..... I still have not lowered my expectations..
