That's normal operating proceedure fpr most companies, it's time they started acting like a normal company. IMHO

  I agree.... maybe we play with a different set of rules...I think management can be held resposible for not releasing downward earning estimates but not sure about windfall increases.

I sure they can't wait to release it in April....Maybe they will find a way around the NDA.  just to hear them says" next quareter earnings should be far greater" would be great for the S/P
