.... don't worry if once a month turns into once every 4 months. 

You need to get your facts straight also.  The last note from Turley, which referred to the settlement, was 12/18.  Previous notes were received on 11/2, 9/5, 7/31, and 6/15.  Never was once per month, and has never come close to once every four months.
