Q is OK.  If we are to believe the ever increasing licensing scenario isn't it reasonable to assume it should start with this Q?  As several posters have pointed out many times, the last 6-8 months brought significant positive developments into the picture for TPL/PTSC.  It's not like there won't be decent size infringers on this report.  I'm not sure one should just expect and accept a subpar performance.  That kind of thinking just doesn't seem to hold water at this point.  IMO.
