I guess it's more hope than reality on my part.  I can't help but be optimistic purely based on the guidance provided in the PR's.  No one can deny the fact that Alliacense has repeatedly mentioned their strengthening position post Markman.  Perhaps I'm being naive but Pre-Texas settlement should only mean that our strength of position has now increased exponentially.  With the information we've seen prior to the settlement it was most certainly conveyed as if things were already looking better.  Just trying to be an optimist/realist.  Trying to balance the two can be tricky!
